Rental rates are per villa for 7 nights for up to 6 persons. 10% discount on 2 person only 2 week rentals may be available. Minimum rental 7 nights

All guests will be required to:

· Complete a booking form, and then either e-mail or post back to Euro Management & co.

· Then send a completed & signed booking form along with a 25% of the total tariff booking deposit.

· The booking deposit payment may be in the form of a sterling cheque, IBAN payment or via a bank transfer payable, or credit card payments via Paypal in sterling.

· A confirmation of booking receipt will be dispatched to guests on receipt of the signed booking form & deposit payment.

· The remaining 75% balance must be paid no later than 10 weeks prior to the arrival date at the Villa.

· The balance payment must be accompanied by a separate security deposit payment, which will not be cashed but will be held as a security deposit for the duration of the guests stay. Subject to there being no damage or breakages to the villas facilities or contents the payment will be returned intact within 10 working days of guests vacating the accommodation.

· A balance payment receipt will be dispatched to guests on receipt of the balance payment & security deposit payment

· Guests wishing to book airport transfers to their accommodation, or car rental may reserve it through Euro Management & co., who will book it with a local agent on their behalf. All transfers & car rental is payable on arrival at the accommodation to the local agent, it is imperative that this is paid for on the day of arrival.

· It is the responsibility of each villa owner to maintain their villas & accommodation to a high standard of maintenance and hygiene, guests are requested to inform the local villa agent immediately any problem arises so they can resolve it. In the unlikely event that matters are not resolved guests can contact Euro Management & Co. so they contact the owners direct.

· In order to assess whether individual villas are providing a satisfactory level of facilities, & to maintain standards, guests will be requested to complete an accommodation review at the end of their holidays.

Please note that swimming pools unless otherwise specified are not heated & are therefore, not operational during the winter months. They are normally operational between April – the end of October.

Fabulous Holiday

I had to write to say what a fabulous holiday we had at Villa Artemis – the Villa is really well designed, plenty of open space, and the bedrooms with en-suites are all a good size, the master bedroom in particular being magnificent with its sea views. The pool is fabulous and is actually a lot bigger than it may appear in the photo’s. Fuat was great and looked after us really well, always available when needed, and never intrusive. Lindsay was brilliant from the get go, in terms of getting everything organised and processed, and Kas remains a location that is well worth an extended visit, and still not overly developed. The view of the sunsets every evening, really are spectacular, and its so nice to be able to see the sea from almost everywhere in the villa as well as the pool. The beds are incredibly comfortable and a good night’s sleep from arrival set us up so well. The villa is incredibly well equipped all round and with out doubt somewhere we will look to return to in the future.

“Just Bliss”

Villa Artemis reviewed yesterday for a stay in July 2016

From the first initial contact Lindsay and Guy couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and quick! They were also very patient with me when I went and left all my villa info on my kitchen table so did not know how to get there or get the key!!!
We arrived at the villa after a 6 hour drive and a hectic activity week and it was just lovely to be greeted by the ever patient Faut and a lovely cool and large villa. It was superbly positioned with the beautiful infinity pool giving a fantastic view. The pool is a lovely temperature no matter the time of day deceptively large and quiet deep – not suitable for little ones. The sun loungers are beautifully comfortable and easy to move around. The villa itself is really very well equipped and furnished. The beds and pillows are very comfortable which we found unusual for Turkey. The supplying of a water cooler and large bottles of water was glorious. There are various little balconies and sitting areas to either follow the sun or avoid it depending on your liking. The little garden was quaint with a surprisingly comfortable hammock. It is in a great position to get into town or visit some lovely little restaurants nearby. There is access to a great swimming platform though in the heat of the day its quite a climb! The area and the villa are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues but this just added to the experience for us. We would certainly return.

“OMG Lindsay, everything was just perfect. The airport pick up was smooth and on time and Fuat was waiting at the villa for us. The villa looked gorgeous from the outside but once Fuat opened the door…..WOW!!!!! What a view. It was breathtaking.Fuat and his family are lovely, there if needed but never obtrusive. The BBQ they did for our anniversary was fantastic too. I can’t think of a bad word about this holiday at all.
We’ve been staying in villas all over the world for the past 14 years. Thus was the best view we’ve ever had. Just spectacular. The villa was perfect and we all fell in love with Kas. We rarely go back to the same place twice as the world is a big place, but we are seriously thinking of Kas again for next year

Will be back

Stayed at the beautiful Villa Artemis in May this year. The villa is luxurious, spotlessly clean and in a great location on the peninsular of Kas. The villa contained everything you need for a great holiday experience. Beds comfortable, each bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. The master bedroom is gorgeous! If you want to have meals at the villa the kitchen has all the cooking utensils you will need, with the choice of dining room, balcony or patio to serve… The villa is located near to the peninsular road, just a few steps to the road to wait for the regular dolmus service which takes you to the centre of Kas for just 2 Lira. We arranged for the housekeeper, Fuat, to cook a barbeque, which was ready and waiting for us when we arrived back from a day trip. He not only cooked but cleared up after. Perfect. It was so good we arranged a further barbeque night. The food Fuat and his wife presented was delicious, I would recommend to any one staying at the villa to try. I travelled with family of different generations and we all enjoyed our stay at Villa Artemis. As said in title “We will be back” – 05/06/12
